DHA Power is an omega-3 book concept fusing brain science, cognitive health and fitness performance recovery. DHA omega-3 is the only omega-3 needed for lowering high triglycerides naturally and by lowering triglycerides with DHA that is the most direct way of targeting triglycerides for heart health. DHA is what lowers high triglycerides. Postprandial triglycerides are massively improved with DHA compared to EPA. EPA gets converted to DHA to get used by the cells, tissues and organs.
