How to Reduce Inflammation the Easy Way – 7 Ways for 7 Days Without a Statin Drug

1) Think good fats over bad fats-NOW. Omega-3 oil, olive oil, eat in, reduce red meat, and eat more nuts. Satisfaction guaranteed. It works by increasing the amount of foods/supplements you eat that are rich in omega-3 DHA+EPA fats, lowers omega-6 fats, and balances fats to fight inflammation.

2) Get going and get moving, even a little. Don’t drive to the mailbox. Walking more – even at the mall - is a great way to lower inflammation without any of the side effects associated with medications.

3) Gain by loosing 6 pounds in 3 months, size matters. If you're a man or woman with a waist measurement of over 37 inches average, you probably have high inflammation and triglycerides. Whittling an inch off the waist by reducing your portions, good food choices and increasing activity can go a long long way.

4) Get enough sleep and listen to your body. A new study shows that elderly people with high blood pressure who sleep less than 7.5 hours a night have dramatically elevated chances of having a stroke or heart attack.
